Who publishes the site, who owns the texts and the brand, and what these pages promise and do not promise.

Who publishes the site

www.markmatix.com is published by Redbit S.r.l.s. con socio unico (a single-member Italian limited company), Viale della Grande Muraglia 494, 00144 Rome, Italy, VAT number IT15237911001, entered in the Rome Register of Companies under REA number RM-1576999. Markmatix is a Redbit project.

A product in development

Markmatix is in development and none of its features is on sale yet. The feature and industry pages, marked "Coming soon", describe the product as we are designing it today. We give no dates: a feature may change, arrive later or not arrive at all.

These pages are not an offer or a contract and do not set prices. The waitlist and the demo request are free and commit you to nothing. We will publish the terms of use of the product before it goes on sale.

Texts, brand and design

The site's texts, design and images belong to Redbit and are protected by Italian copyright law (Law 633/1941). You may quote short passages if you credit the source with a link to the page. Any other use needs our written permission.

The name Markmatix and the logo, a white cross in a cobalt box, are Redbit's distinctive signs. They may not be used without our written permission.

The site's typeface is Schibsted Grotesk, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The photograph of the printer's type cabinet on the home page is by rawpixel, under a CC0 licence.

Other names on the site, such as Mautic, Google or Meta, are trade marks of their owners. We mention them only to describe or compare, and a mention does not imply any relationship with them.

The guides and pages on this site explain the rules in general, with precise references to the sources. They are signed by the Markmatix editorial team and show the date of their last update. They are not legal or professional advice: for your own case, speak to a lawyer.

Rules change. Always check the date of the page and the official source we cite.

Liability

We write these pages with care, but we cannot guarantee that they are always complete and up to date, or that the site is always available and free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Redbit is not liable for damage arising from the use of information on the site.

This does not limit liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), nor any rights the law gives you as a consumer.

The site links to third-party websites, mainly official sources such as EUR-Lex and the Italian data protection authority. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law governs the site and this notice.

If you are a consumer, any dispute falls under the courts of the place where you live (Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005), and you keep the protections that the law of your country does not allow to be excluded. In all other cases the Court of Rome has jurisdiction.
